Monument

The Curtis Ormsbee monument is named after William Buckingham Curtis and Allan Ormsbee who were hiking enthusiasts and members of the Fresh Air Club, a NYC hiking organization. The trail that is their namesake was Bill Curtis’s favorite route up Slide Mountain.
